Guest guest Posted January 18, 2007 Report Share Posted January 18, 2007 Good Morning all you amazing lifelifters : O ) Just checking in to report i did my 100 breaths walked 1,000 steps did 30 bicep curls 30 pushups ( the wimpy kind lol ) and 30 tricep extensions . Ate a healthy breakfast and read all the great posts on this board this morning and now i am off to see if i can get any housework done today. Hope you all have a blessed day today .
