On the other hand my food choices today were far from good. Had a ladies meeting at church and the foods for one of those things isn't always the best. And then for dinner hubby made one of my favorite soups which also isn't healthy but i like it so much lol .I am stuffed now but will try to get in my fiber before bed tonight so at least i will have that on my side along with the LL breathing.
