A question about Rashelle's Reflexology video.

Hi Everyone,

I do not have Rashelle's Reflexology vdeo and am considering buying it.

First, though, I would like as many of you who have to Reflexology video

to tell me what kind of exercises Rashelle teaches on it. I mean, I

know that there is hand reflexology and foot reflexology, but which form

of reflexology does Rashelle do on the video? Does she do a combination

of each form, hand AND foot reflexology, or what? Are there other

reflexology points that are neither on the hands or the feet that

Rashelle uses on the video? Would you all please tell me about

Rashelle's Reflexology video is all about before I decde whether or not

I want to buy it? Thank you so very much, everyone. I am looking

forward to getting plenty of replies to my question from many of you.
