Morning Everyone,

Hope you all are having a great day so far and that you find time

to do your lifelift program . We can never get to much of it : O )

My day so far is right on schedule , did my 100 lifelift breaths,

had a healthy breakfast , and walked 1,000 steps : O ). Did some

freeweight exercise for my arms . And now i am ready to face the day .
