A great Life Lift floor exercise that I invented for myself.

Hi Rashelle and Everyone,

I just invented a floor exercise (or so I assume I invented it) for

myself that I do with Life Lift breathing. Here are my instructions as

to how to do it.

1. Sit down on the floor and bend both of your knees, putting both

soles of both your feet against each other.

2. Hold both of your ankles with your hands while you are in this position.

3. Start doing Life Lift breathing as you bend your upper body against

your hands and as far in front of your toes as possible. Do 30 or 40

Life Lift breaths while you are in this position, with our without doing

the lift of the Life Lift process.

I do the above exercise twice today and got a really wonderful spinal

stretch when I did the third step. It really feels good to do this, and

I hope that you will all try it and incorporate it into your Life Lift

exercises!!!

Rashelle, how do you like this exercise that I (think) I invented for

myself and for you and everyone else on our Life Lift list?
