Guest guest
Hi Rashelle and Everyone, I have not weighted myself since last March, and I WILL not weigh myself until some time next summer, but I can surely tell that I have lost a ton of weight already, not only because all of my " fat " clothes are hanging on me and because all of my " skinny " clothes are also starting to hang on me, but because I have been feeling more and more light and airy for the last two or three months!!! Wow, this Life Lift stuff is spectacular, and that is putting it mildly!!! I wish all of you the same wonderful success that I have been having and that I know I will continue to have!!! Please don't forget to do plenty of Life Lift breathing today, everyone!!! Remember to think about what you WANT to look like and weigh, and not about what you DON'T want to look like and weigh, and if you do that, you will surely get to your goals and stay their for the rest of your life!!! It's called the Law of Attraction. Please check this link out and possibly by THE SECRET DVD: http://www.thesecret.tv THE SECRET DVD is wonderful. I have had it for about 6 weeks now, and I am so glad that I bought it. You can use the Law of Attraction, which is what THE SECRET is, for your weight loss/maintenance issues, among other things!! I recommend it so very highly to all of you!!! Love always, Pat Love always, Pat
Guest guest
Hi Pat, I am new to this group. I just received the program early this week and had to go out of town for a few days so I haven't been able to get started but plan to soon. I have a couple of questions for you. Why have you not weighed yourself nor plan to for several months? Also, I went to the website that you suggested and it looks interesting. Is it worth it to buy the DVD or would it be just as beneficial to view it once? Thanks for your help! Sandy
Guest guest
Hi Sandy, Thanks so very much for sending me a post through our wonderful Life Lift list. I am so very glad to meet you and I give you a most hearty welcome!! I am so glad that you have decided to do the Life Lift program!! It is the most wonderful program that has ever come into my life, and I know that you will feel the same way after a few months on it, or maybe even sooner!! I am glad that you asked me why I only weigh myself ONLY twice a year, as this is a very hot issue with me. The reason that I don't weigh myself more often than twice a year is that weighing myself and depending on my " number " for information about my weight makes me nervous and anxious, which ultimately slows down my progress and gets in the way of my success!! The last thing that anyone wants when working to lose weight and to maintain a low or " mid low " body weight is to be nervous and anxious. What I do to " weigh " myself is to look in my mirrors at my appearance and to try on my " skinny " clothes to see how the fit me and my " fat " clothes to see how big they are on me!! I could go on and on about this, as it is one of my favorite weight loss topics, and I will be more than happy to do that with you privately, if you like, but I don't like to write very long answers to questions through groups, as they truncate messages that they think are too long. This has happened to me so many times that I can't tell you, so I usually develop " private email " relationships with people who want or need more than short answers from me. So, if you would like to know more about the way I do things, let's take it off list, O.K.? I hope that we will be able to do this with each other, as I LOVE to help people, not only with their weight issues, but with anything else they need help with. At the same time, I always derive much help and many blessings from email relationships I have with other people, so it is a two way street. What I did was I bought all of Rashelle's DVDs and watch them all as often as I can. You can never watch Rashelle's videos too much and you will always learn more and more each time you view them. They are really super duper, and I highly recommend that you buy all of them and watch them as often as you can whenever you can. You're most welcome for my help, Sandy, and please feel free to ask me anything at any time, either through our Life Lift list or at my personal email address. It will always be my pleasure to help you and to be your friend. Thanks so much for being such a good friend to me!!! Even though we have just met, I feel that Life Lift has forged a wonderful relationship between us already!!! By the way, Sandy, I live in Berlin, VT, which is 2 and 1 half miles out of Montpelier. Where do you live? I am 55 years old am not and have never been married, and don't have any children. How about you? Once again, thank you so much for writing to me, my friend, and a most hearty welcome to you to our group+, my dear friend!!!! I know that you will love all of us and we all love each other. Guest guest
Hi Pat, I hope you don't mind me jumping in on this conversation, but I have to let you know that I have not weighed myself since you and I discussed this topic. I put my scale on the top shelf in my closet, so that I wouldn't have to look at it everyday and be tempted. I now use my clothes as a guide to gauge my success and I must say that it's definitely a much less stressful way to manage your weight. Have a good day! Guest guest
Hi , No. Of course I don't mind your jumping into my conversation with someone else. That is what support groups are all about. That's the reason that I post on this group, so that everyone can be privy to what I am saying and so that everyone will be able to benefit. What else are support groups for?????? I am so very glad that you put your scale in your closet and that it is now out of view to tempt you to step on it. Judging your weight by the way your clothes fit you and by your appearance when you look in the mirror is most certainly a more stress free way of " weighing " yourself, and I am so glad that you took my advice!!! You will find that doing this my way will truly make your weight loss efforts more effective!!! Thanks so much for sharing your experience with my " weighing " method with me, , and more power to you, my dear friend!!! It is so nice to get a message from you!!!! Please remember that you may leave me a message whenever you want to and that I will always answer it!!! Guest guest
Hello everyone, I have been out of town, lucky me I was with my Mom, my girls and my sweet great grandbaby boy. I have been really busy since I returned, but I wanted to stop by and say hello to all of you. Welcome to all of our brand new LifeLifters. It is wonderful to see you all here. . I am so pleased to see a post from you. Pat, you are truly amazing! Pat is our greatest little LifeLift cheerleader. She is so great at keeping us all inspired. We are lucky to have her with all of her fabulous enthusiasm. Melinda, it is always great to see a message from you. I saw one from our Jenni and a few from our two beautiful 's too. I have faith in all of you. I know if you do as Pat suggests and change your obsession from the scale to doing lots of LifeLift breaths you will see lots of positive things happen to your precious bodies. Winter is here so it is cold in most places. When it's cold outside, you probably move around less than at other times of the year. That's one of the reasons many people tend to gain weight during the winter, and that's also why it's even more important to do plenty of LifeLift breaths. Pat's idea to do lots of extra LifeLift breaths will pay off for you in many ways. Remember that reducing your stress with LifeLift will help reduce the cortisol that is produced when your adrenals are stressed. This cortisol increase can also increase the size of your waist and belly so by keeping your stress down with lots of LifeLift breaths you will also reduce the size of your belly and waistline. Be Healthy and take good care, Rashelle Harness the Powerful Benefits of Oxygen with LifeLift. Oxygen burns fat, tones muscles, reduces stress Be healthier with each breath you take with LifeLift www.oxygenlift.net.
