Guest guest
Hi, Pat! Just a quick note here - - (I'm supposed to be working right now!! LOL). I do the pelvic tilt just by thinking about and actually tightening my bottom and thinking about rounding the lower part of my back. I'm not sure that it's precisely right, but I know I've derived benefits from doing it that way, even if my form isn't perfect! Love and laughs, Melinda ) Is it like sitting down in an imaginery chair? Hi Rashelle and Everyone, I have been trying to figure out how to do pelvic tilts for months!!! I know that it is, or SHOULD be, a very easy position to get into, but couldn't figure out how to do it, until maybe now. So, here is my question: Is doing pelvic tilts like sitting down in an imaginary chair? If I have finally figured out how to do pelvic tilts, and if it is true that you do it by sitting down in an imaginary chair, then now I will be able to do pelvic tilts while I do my Life Lift breathing to my heart's content, and I am so very happy about that!! So, please answer my question for me, Rashelle and everyone, and thank you all so very, very much!!!! Love always, Pat

Guest guest
Hi Karma, There is something strange going on here. I only get audio after I click on the second link that you sent me of the demo of the standing pelvic tilt!!! Why is that???? Could there by something wrong with the link you sent me???? Maybe if you would send it to me again in a new email, I will be able to see the demo in addition to hearing the woman's voice!! Please do that, and let's see if that works for me, O.K.? Thanks a lot, and I will be waiting to get the link from you once again in a new email.
