Hi to All:

I just love Life Lift. Here is a question for you. Can I do this

daily routine, with 40 +/- breaths, and have this be my basically only

aerobic exercise? I like to do Pilates in addition to Life Lift but I

am concerned that it may not be enough in the aerobic department. The

thing is that I always stay with the breathing but hate other forms of

aerobics generally, and you know how the saying goes, " You do what you

WILL do " , and that is what I WILL do. :) Anyway, hope someone can

enlighten me a bit. Blessings for you all!

Hi Suze and welcome to Lifelift. I'm so glad you love it so much.

Rashelle can most definately better answer your question; but coming

from experience and years of doing Lifelift; yes; this can be your only

aerorbic exercise. Isn't it wonderful to have Lifelift instead of

standard aerobic exercises to do? The only other type of aerobic type

exercises I do is walk briskly when I have the time; or use my

Gazelle. And with my life's current schedule; neither of these

exercises take place much. Just lifelift.

Other lifelifters on this list incorporate their LL breathing during

their pilates workout. Some also do the LL breaths while walking or

doing one of the walk away the pounds videos. I'm unable to do both at

the same time; so if I do a walking video; I do some LL breathing

before and after. : )

Take care,

Wanda.

I'm just like Wanda - - I have trouble doing LL while walking, so I just do LL

breathing before and after.

Hi Suze,

My name is Pat, and I am so happy to meet you!!! I just do Life Lift

breathing, and is works really well for me on its own. I started the

program at the end of February (2006) and I think that it is the most

wonderful weight loss/health improvement/health maintenance technique

that I have ever found anywhere!!! After only one week to 10 days after

I started the Life Lift breathing, I lost 8 inches around my waist. It

took me much longer to start losing pounds. More than three months, to

be exact. Within the last month, or maybe, the last 3 weeks, I have

lost 12 lbs. Needless to say, I am so very happy about my progress and

about how easy and how much fun this program is!!! I am so very happy

with it!!

I just bought the Computer Commuter CD that Rashelle produces. In

fact, I bought 2 copies of it, one for my computer and one for my CD

player in my bedroom!!! That way, I will not have to carry one CD back

and forth from and to my bedroom with me. Rashelle's Computer Commuter

CD is, from what I understand, a recording of her doing Life Lift

breathing. So, if you buy that CD, you will be able to put it in your

computer CD slot or into a CD player and will be able to breathe along

with Rashelle, and so feel like she is there in the room with you,

breathing along with you!!! I can't wait to get my 2 CDs in the

mail!!! I hope that they will get to me tomorrow, as I ordered them for

myself last week. I hope hat you will buy the Computer Commuter CD or

the same program in cassette format!!! I know that you will love it,

even though I don't have it yet. I have most of Rashelle's exercise

videos and The Victory Theory, The Victory Theory is a 6 CD audio

program for your mind. It is really wonderful. I love it and I highly

recommend it to you.

Well, Suze, that's all for now. Once again, it is SO VERY NICE to meet

you!! The best of luck to you with Life Lift and please make sure that

you post your results to the group. Welcome to our wonderful email

group!!!!

Love always,

Pat

I love the Victory Theory, too, Suze. I started listening to mine about the

same time Pat did. I'm finding that I have a much more positive outlook on life

since I began. I find myself looking at events, circumstances, etc in a whole

new way. I just don't seem to dwell on negative thoughts. I find I'm more

forgiving, more accepting, more loving, and just more at peace. I love

Rashelle's products, but I never would have dreamed that something so simple

would help me so much. All this, and I'm still on the first CD.

Hello Suze,

Welcome to LifeLift

I sent you a personal message to answer your question, but I will answer it here

too so that everyone can get the benefit of the answer.

I am so pleased that you are loving LifeLift.

I used to work out for around 2 hours a day doing traditional aerobic type

workouts. I stopped many years ago and now all I do is LifeLift.

I find that I am in much better shape at 61 doing LifeLift than I was when I did

hours of the grueling traditional aerobics. Aerobic means to get enough oxygen

into the bloodstream to convert to fuel to burn fat. LifeLift puts the focus

totally on getting oxygen to the bloodstream through deep breathing so you get

into an aerobic state much faster than with traditional aerobics. This is why so

many people report having much better results with LifeLift than they have ever

had with traditional aerobic exercise.

I often combine the LifeLift breaths with different positions, like I show in

the DVD's. Some are Pilates movements, some are yoga movements, some are

variations of movements used in many different types of exercise. The purpose of

this is to draw the oxygen to the specific area for body sculpting. If you

stretch or flex any muscle and do LifeLift the oxygen will rush to that area for

toning in that area. This may also cause your body to burn fat in that area.

It is fine to do any other type of exercise, combined with LifeLift if you want

to. I personally love many of the Pilates movements so if you do that with

LifeLift, it is great, but many of our LifeLifters do nothing but LifeLift and

they report having exceptional, long term results.

Hi Rashelle,

So what you are saying here is that traditional aerobic exercixe burns

fat INDIRECTLY and that Life Lift burns fat MUCH MORE DIRECTLY than

traditional expercise does????

Love always,

Pat
