Guest guest Posted March 11, 2006 Report Share Posted March 11, 2006 Hi Rashelle and Everyone, I want all of you to know that I am now using a deck of cards to count my LL breaths in two sessions a day. That's good for 52 LL breaths in the morning, and 52 LL breaths at night. That's 104 breaths right there. Then, each time I go to the bathroom I do 10 LL breaths, counting the 10 breaths on my fingers each time. If I go to the bathroom 8 times a day, that works out to 80 LL breaths there. So, folloing this routine each and every day for the rest of my life, I will be doing 184 LL breaths a day. That is what I am doing and that is what I will continue to do for the rest of my life!!! I will be looking like the British model, Twiggy, looked in the 1960s pretty soon, and I will stay that way for the rest of my life thanks to you, Rashelle, your wonderful LL breathing technique, and my own determination!!!
