Guest guest
Hey Bonnie, Thank you for taking all the time to write all of that! No ...I'm not 5'5 " at 120....I wish!!! ...I'm 5'2 " ...that three inches would make a huge difference. I guess the only question that I see people asking over and over is why if it burns so many calories is weight not just going...especially if you are not overeating and really staying with what some would call diet number of calories. Do you think it works like that for some people and not others? Oh I'm just going to let it go...otherwise I'll be searching for that answer forever...and its probably unanswerable LOL Again, thanks, Bonnie...congrats on the 30 pound weight loss and a good recovery from surgery
Guest guest
I have my own personal theory -- that calories etc. don't mean a darned thing -- your body dictates how you lose/gain weight, and it does it independently of any and all scientific studies -- you somehow have to figure out what your particular body chemistry needs to get to where you want.... And in the process, you have to eat as healthy as you know how, and reduce your food intake (particularly the " bad " foods), and exercise -- I think the human body was likely designed for a lot of activity, absolutely no processed foods, and not a huge amont of food avaialbe at all times.... Boils down to what I've always " known " -- to lose weight/maintain a good weight -- you have to eat sparingly and choose foods wisely, and lots of exercise! No magic solution.... And as you're doing this, exercising with LL breathing sure helps! Bonnie fathersdove <fathersdove@...> wrote: Hey Bonnie, Thank you for taking all the time to write all of that!
