Guest guest Posted June 1, 2006 Report Share Posted June 1, 2006 Just returned from my 19th PT visit. I have been going twice a week up until last week when we cut back to once a week. Now we will go to once every 2 weeks. PT says I know all the exercises, I have the Therabands, recumbent bike, pallate machine, mini step, exercise ball, so there is nothing stopping me from doing the same exercise at home. The bad part: He felt like he could get me comfortable with the " every day things " by now. I still have pain on the 4 inch step and the wall squat. (We are eliminating all steps and squats for the next two weeks). He thinks that we should keep at it hard for at least another 3 months. At that time he believe we will be about as far ass we will get and I will have to decide if that is good enough or if I should look into another procedure.
