To those of you who haven't received your order from Dom,

I just wanted to let you know that I was distressed when I heard here that I

wasn't the only one who hadn't received my order from Dom, so I decided to see

if I could do something about it.

I called around different governmental offices, and found someone at the Office

of Consumer and Business Affairs in South Australia who said he might be able to

help. He directed me to fill in an Unfair Trading Report - a downloadable, two

page form, at http://www.ocba.sa.gov.au/assets/files/unfairtradingreport.pdf

and send it in.

Someone from their office then contacted Dom, and this morning I have received

my order (!), along with many apologies from Dom.

I thought I would post my experience in case it might help someone who is still

waiting on their order.
