I tried to use my milk kefir grains to make a fizzy water kefir " soda " by adding to a sugar solution as instructed in Sally Fallon's books, but nothing happened. I guess I don't really know how this is supposed to work. Can anyone give me a quick tutorial on turning milk grains into water grains?
