When someone tries to persuade you to vax..

I want something simple and factual to say to the health visitor next time she

tries to persuade me to vax my son. She always says things like " oh but measles

is a very nasty disease " and " they are safe, the autism case was dropped " ..

I don't want to get into a long drawn out conversation with her, I just want a

factual and simple sentence.... what would you say?

I tend to go off on a tangeant when I get going and get tongue tied.... help!!
