Vaccine debate with Family Teachers

I had a huge family debate yesterday with 2 teachers - Both working in NY school

systems. I need good solid proof that I can send them via email that would fight

my case that unvaccinated children with a religious exemption can not be denied

and can go to public school. They were PERSITANT AND DEGRADING TO ME and of

course everyone in my extended family backed them up!! Please , if anyone can

give me good reads that state that in NY it is illegal to deny education to an

unvaccinated child (with a religious exemption) I would very much appreciate it.

I am not good with debating so I was defeated by purely giving up because I

didn't have good material to back me up.
