Flowers of Sulphur Recipes

Please will some of you write the recipes you use for mixing the Flowers of Sulphur?Bill,  have I got this right?1 tsp Flowers of Sulphur1 tsp coconut oil8 tsp handcream (which does not contain any petrolium products)

So mixing with E45 Cream wouldn't be good? Is there a reason the petrolium products are not a good plan?ThanksKrys-- They shut the road through the woods
