I am here almst everyday , but I can't figure out what a PSTF or a EFT is ,

what is it..

ps I have been counting since 19 years of age. I also do math prolems & my

multiplication tables in my head ges the mind moving & distracts from odle

thoughts My gym teacher tought me this . Moslty I just praise God as He says

speaking to yourself in psalms & hymms and .making melody in your heart unto the

Lord ..
