Guest guest Posted January 3, 2007 Report Share Posted January 3, 2007 yesterday went fairly well - 12 glasses of water 1 set of crunches 10 minutes on the bike 1785 in calories - I even logged the lemonheads I eat when I want to smoke This morning - 443 calories for breakfast 2 sets of crunches 8 minutes on the bike It's taken 48 days but I have cut my smoking down 50% - granted I should be a non smoker by now but hey - it's progress. off to work - hope everyine has a great day!
