Guest guest
That is AWESOME!!!!!!!!! How tall are you??? I am 5' 4 " and there was no WAY I was going to fit in 18's at 230 pounds. I had to get down under 210 before I could get into any 18's. That is just AWESOME that you could get in the Old Navy clothes!!!!
Guest guest
Well done Amy. I am going to get there one day. Woohooo that is fantastic. I bet you were on cloud nine and that is why the tears just flowed out. Mandy In the 230's!!! I am so excited today. I have had a plateau of not loosing anything or gaining one or two pounds for the past couple of weeks. I decieded to weigh myself this morning and I was shocked to see it was 238!! I haven't seen that number since before I had kids! I hope to hit the 200lbs soon cause that was what I weighed in high school. I was so excited about the weight loss that I decided to go out and buy a new outfit. I decided to go check out old navy cause I heard that they now offer plus sizes. They are alot cheaper than lane bryant! I was disapointed when I got there that the store closest to my house didn't offer the plus sizes. So I just decided to go out and try on a sz 18 (the biggest size I could find in the jeans) I flipped out when they actually fit!!! Tight but they fit!!! The last time I bought a pair of jeans they were a size 26!!! I started crying in the dressing room. They thought I was crazy!! Then I was so excited I treated myself to the $30 cashmere sweaters...got those in a XL. So, that gave me a huge boost of energy and some motivation. That is offically 60lbs that I have lost so far! Guest guest
Congratulations! Size 18 jeans and an extra large top. What a wonderful thing to look forward to! That's normal sized clothing to my way of thinking. Kim F

Guest guest
I am about 5'7 and they were called " curvy " jeans...fuller in the waist and thighs. and they had some stretch to them. I don't think I can fit into just any pair of sz 18 jeans! LOL. I was just excited that I didn't have to go to the " plus " size section or shop at Lane . I can walk into old navy and just pick up something. That feels good. > > That is AWESOME!!!!!!!!! How tall are you??? I am 5' 4 " and there > was no WAY I was going to fit in 18's at 230 pounds. At 5'5" I wore a size 26/28 at weights as low as 180 and as high as 296. I've got a big butt, no matter what the scale says. Some styles I can go down to 24 if they're cut full enough, others I have to go up to 30/32 if they're cut skimpy. Sue in NJ Just remember - if the world didn't suck, we would all fall off.
