In today's there was a recipe for Pumpkin Pie that looked like it could be a good one. Here it is: Pumpkin Pie This is the perfect finale to any holiday feast. Preparation time: 10 minutes Number of Servings: 9 Serving Size: 1-inch slice Ingredients Name Measure Weight crushed graham crackers 2 cups --- low-calorie margarine 3 tbsp --- brown sugar 2 tbsp --- cinnamon 2 tsp --- pumpkin puree 2 cups --- evaporated skim milk 12 oz. (1 can) --- eggs, beaten 2 --- cinnamon 1 tsp --- nutmeg 1/2 tsp --- allspice 1/2 tsp --- Preparation Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Combine the graham crackers, margarine, sugar, and 2 tsp cinnamon and press into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Place in the oven and bake for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside. 2. Beat together all remaining ingredients in the order given. Pour into the crust and bake for 15 minutes. Lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 35 minutes until set. Cool slightly or chill before serving.
