Confused about Thyroid Testing

If the tests the doctors usually do for your thyroid come back normal, what

additional tests do they need to do? My thyroid tests came back below normal

many years ago. They put me on a medicine for a couple of years and ever since

they've come back normal. I'm no longer on that medicine or any other for my

thyroid.
