sushi headache

hey i may have posted about this in the past, but cannot remember

outcome---

anyhoo---do any of you get headaches after eating sushi?

I figured out a year or two ago that I seem to get very bad headaches

after eating almonds or sulfites, it came on about same time, had

already had cfs for 15 years at that point, not sure why now.

and I noticed sushi did it too but then I forgot and ate some this

week and dang now I have a power headache that is made worse by lying

down, so not much sleep last night. antihistamines take the edge off

but not a lot.

I googled it and can't figure out if sulfites in sushi. did find an

article saying that digestion is linked to headaches, that air bubbles

can go upto sinuses from gut etc if gerd

I had high quality sushi in seattle in feb that caused no headache so

got overconfident and bought copps grocery store sushi yesterday,

perhaps sulfites get added more to grocery store sushi rather than

fresh prepared restaurant type.............

what is up with increasing food allergies with age? the world just

gets smaller all the time with these issues.
