Guest guest
HOW HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I would call the police. That doctor committed ASSAULT on a MINOR. I would write his medical board for 'committing' (not sure of the right word here) treatment of a minor against the wishes of the parent/guardian. I would also write the ACLU and whatever local group deals with civil rights and disability rights...because he clearly acted the way he did because of his bias against her as a person with a disability. He would NOT have taken a speaking/hearing person's child out of their parents arms and done this. I'd consider civil charges, if allowed. I bet the national anti vax (pro choice vax) groups would give pointers on where she could get pro bono legal assistance. Or, the ACLU might help. I would also write a letter to the local newspaper and expose this doctor. The 'public' might tend to side with him however, with the prevailing attitude about vaccination, so it would have to be very well done.... I am so enraged by this....omg.... Guest guest
OMG!! That's horrible. I would have called the police and had that doctor arrested for assault. I agree with what everyone else has suggested. I wouldn't rest until I had done whatever I could to make sure it doesn't happen again. Prayers said for the baby. > > My good friend from Virginia is hearing impaired. Her neighbor got

Guest guest
I work with people with disabilities. Not sure if this happened in US or otherwise, but I would approach this also as a disability issue. He probably would not have treated a hearing parent in the same manner. She could contact her state disability office. They have staff attorneys there to handle these things. It is all free. They would probably be enraged.
