Guess what I did today? A hour and a half on the bike in 30 minute sessions and 10 minutes on the treadmill. I usually only do 30 minutes all day long.:) So I am feeling pretty good right now. I wonder how I'll feel tomorrow. LOL I had a glass of Chocolate milk with breakfast and extra potatoes for dinner. Then felt guilty and wanted more exercise:(
