Hi there friends, Well, I am proud of myself. I knew I wasn't going to be able to get back out to the track today. So I thought about doing a WATP DVD. When I do those DVD's I move faster then when I walk at the track, but I don't go as long. Well, I found myself in bed saying oh later. Then I thought no I want to feel the feeling I had yesterday when I was feeling good after exercising. So I did a One Mile WATP's DVD. I worked up a sweat. I am proud of myself for having gotten out of bed and doing my exercising. Tonight I will go bowling. I think that is a little bit of exercise there, but not much. Now I have done my exercising two days in a row. I hope I can keep it up. Next thing I am going to work on is getting my eating back under control. That is going to be hard. I am really going to need some encouragement from you all to do this. I did it before, so I know it can be done. That is how I lost the 60 pounds. Just getting back into it and continuing to do it on a regular bases is going to be tough I think. from MO.
