"Next week" I am doing a mani/pedi and going to CA to see my b/f :-D Well, the mani for sure... pedi is to be determined. I lost 2 of my toenails a couple of weeks ago, so it would look weird with no color on two of them. I suppose they could do a clear color LOL.... we'll see.... Guest guest
, Yeah, I really "deserve" a larger gain. DD (Dear Daughter) and I did a lot of walking and (mostly window) shopping this afternoon, so I feel I got in my exercise today. My plan for this week: Breakfast (I've skipped breakfast for 30 years, it's a hard habit to break). Journal Water Thanks, and I hope YOU go do something for yourself too, like hair or a manicure, maybe? -----Original Message-----From: 100-plus [mailto:100-plus ]On Behalf Of ABrite@...Sent: Saturday, July 15, 2006 7:23 PM100-plus Subject: Re: Status Report - not too bad Hi Eileen, That's pretty good about .2 lb gain, if you say you have been "sloppy" on your program this week. Hope this habit continues... With my asthma and allergies I *always* carry at least one bottle of water, usually the smaller size of Poland Springs (6 ounce?). SO many things can set me off and sometimes a few sips of water will get my breathing a bit normal again. Sue in NJ

Mmmmmm I even fed them to my dad Christmas morning and he had no idea they weren't " real " --though he did ask why they weren't greasy. I'm pretty sure one patty is one WW point. If you decide to try them, I've had the best luck baking them. They're wonderful! -Bonnie
Guest guest
not that diet soda are good for you, but when I am somewhere and feel my chest tightening, and have forgotten the inhaler, I go for a diet mt dew, as the high caffeine will assist my lungs in relaxing till I can get the puffer. Chocolate also helps reduce the tightness. just an idea... Re: Status Report - not too bad >One link sausage is 7 points. That much for one tiny breakfast sausage?
