If I do all that then Im sure to lose at least 1 pound for the month of July.

That's great Tina. If you do all that you *should* lose more than 1 lb (in my opinion)

Great goal Tina. Thats all I keep hoping for too. Just one little pound. As long as we see something we can keep plugging away to lose the rest. I've got the same goal as you:) And if we are lucky enough to lose more then that will just be more we will have to happy over:)

My July goals are to start eating healthy, workout more, and try not to eat out as much. If I do all that then Im sure to lose at least 1 pound for the month of July.

After another month of small changes this month I am trying to pick the pace up a bit. I lost 1 more pound:) But I think this month I am gonna strive for a bigger loss.

I know what you mean. Good job increasing things to get a bigger loss this month.

I'm just going to try and be more focused on my eating. I want to say I'm gonna journal it all but I know I won't stick to it. I want to also up my exercise by 10 minutes a couple days each week. That in itself will be a challenge because I had to dig my heels in today to finish. My first exercise session kicked my butt. Once again I could only get 10 minutes. I rested then did only 5 on treadmill. Rested then did 15 on bike. Later in the afternoon though I felt decent and got on and did another 15 minutes on my bike. I sure hope August the 1st reflects what I am gonna try and do this month.

Sounds good. I've pretty much been staying to weighing/measuring at Curves, so go around the 10th for that.... I do hope for a few pounds since my last weigh in though. I sat down last night and wrote out all my walking amounts for 8 weeks so through July *and* August!! Wanted to plan for the summer to be in good shape, ya know.

Keep up the good work , you are still getting back in the swing from being sick (?)

I'm still not quite sure what all that was about. My gut tells me that maybe my iron levels were down. I have still to this point not really "felt bad" Just wrung out. I have noticed that my period is running longer then usual this month too. But yes...I definitely am doing better then those 2 days before. Man... I was out of it on them days. I know what you mean about wanting to be in shape for the summer. My dreams are this time next year to be able to actually wear a decent swimwear and shorts next summer.

Tina,

I feel for you, I really do! I just spent a few weeks weighing and measuring

everything I ate, keeping my calories down to just 1200 a day, getting as

much exercise as I can with this flare-up of my neuritis, and for this month

I lost a grand total of 2.5 pounds, and this is the first loss I've seen in

ages.

So darn frustrating, but it's better than a 2.5 pound gain.

2.5 pounds is good:) Congrats on it. I am finally beginning to see the

numbers budge just a little bit downward after doing as Bonnie suggested and

keeping up again with what I'm eating. Evidently I am eating stuff and

registering it with my brain. LOL When I actually keep up with it I start to

lose weight again. Maybe you are doing the same. I look to gain a few pounds

back because yesterday was a allowed day off plan. But I truly do think when

I keep a record of my eating it does help.
