Ok just a quickie note to say welcome to all the new members. I know I have missed welcoming some of you and I am truly sorry. I have been so busy the last day or two. I am getting ready to head for the bed here in just a moment but wanted to check in right fast. For all you new members....you'll love it here. The support is great! For all you regular members....It's great reading your post. Now as for me......I still havent got on my scales yet. But I can tell you I have been walking my butt off the last few days. Today according to my stepometer I just about did 6000 steps. Mind you I'm still not too sure about them things and have never thought them to be accurate but the point is I have walked my butt off.LOL Considering on one of my average days I was always under 500 steps when I didn't exercise! Now my dieting ...I think it is still going decent. I havent been counting my calories or journaling. To be honest I'm ready to hit the bed when I come home. Those scales had better be nice to me when I do weigh in or else they may be slung across the field. LOL For about a week now I have gotten more exercise then I think I have ever had! If this shows no results then..... well I don't know. When I do weigh in on my scales I'll give you a update.
