Guest guest
Hi , A mini goal is whatever you would like it to be. Most of us has mini goals because saying our goal is to lose 120 pound or whatever is just too over whelming. So having a mini goal is something that makes it easier to work toward. For example I needed to lose 105 pounds. but my mini goal was too lose one pant size. Working toward losing one pant size is a whole lot easier and I seen better results. After acheiving that goal then we set another mini goal. Some ladies goal is too drop below 300 pounds. Some are to drop 5 pounds. Just pick a smaller goal that would make you happy and then achieve it and make another mini goal. Right now my goal is to get out of the 230's. Maybe yours might be to lose 10 pounds. It really does make losing weight better:) How many pounds is a mini goal? Currently I only have one My REALLY REALLY long term goal...
