First ... has anyone been here/seen this/done any of these? http://www.richardsimmonsstore.com/index.php?category=%27CD%27 Second ... just my 'weigh in' (haha) on Fitday/Calorie-Count/Sparkpeople ... There are good things there like articles and stuff, but what I find works best for me is just pulling up Notepad, making a simple ongoing list every day of what I eat, if there are calories listed on the lable I use that if not I go to Calorie King.com and get one there. Fast easy and I never have to search for specific foods unless I don't have a lable, and Calorie King is very quick. Third ... oops I forgot what I was gonna say! :)) Well I weighed again today (ok two days early but who's counting) and I'm down another 2 pounds to 225, I'm tentatively encouraged. So I'll go and see if I remember what else
