Guest guest
Suzy, go play with your daughter. Maybe the fresh air and time with her can clear your mind a bit. And be considered as A "I'm sorry for snapping at you" gesture. And as you said a good step in getting some exercise too. Today is the beginning of a new week. What better time to dust off your pants too and get back on track? A new week, a new start. I am using today to look over my past week to see where I need work and to look at what I've done right. We all have made mistakes of some kind or another or wished we had gone about things in a different way. Last week I failed to write in my Journal as I ate and exercised and as a result I didnt get 2 exercise recorded and I failed to add my daily calories in my journal. As a result I forgot what they was and can't add them now. This week I hope to do better at that. Just come in after your snow fun, warm up, and get back on the horse so to speak. I have resorted back to the old eating habits and I feel terrible because of it. All I have done is eat the wrong foods in the wrongs amounts! I have not started any kind of exercise yet. The treadmill is still folded up in the basement ans I haven't touched it! I need a swift kick to get me moving again. I haven't weighed and I am afraid I will have gained. I have so many emails to catch up with. it snowed here over a foot and my daughter is just waiting for me to go out and play with her. I just don't want to but I will so at least I will get some movement today. I am in a bad place today irritable and moody. I am snapping at my family left and right and I think it is because I am beating myself up so bad for having such a awful week. I will try and catch up with what everyone has been up to and post more later. Off to play in the winter wonderland UGHHHHHH. Suzy )
Guest guest
(((Suzy))), sounds like you're a bit overwhelmed. Let go of the past weeks - just think about today - plan your meals, 5 minutes on the treadmill. Don't beat yourself up. It's one meal, one day at a time. I know for me the hardest part is just getting started. baby steps and know we're here for you! a foot of snow, that'll be a challenge to play in, but what a snowman you can build :)Suzy <shp@...> wrote: Hi friends!, I am having one of thoses terrible weeks. Guest guest
Well I had a breakdown before going outside couldn't find my boots, hubby is yelling at me making me feel guilty b/c I didn't want to go out etc... Rough morning. I did take Molly out and we made snow forts and had a snowball fight. It was fun and I got some exercise! Suzy )
