You want to be healthier. You want a better body. You want to be able to have more energy. You want those exercises! I was so tired after getting off the treadmill but I have to say I slept so much better last night. Just another benifit from exercise. Look at those a just a pathway to a better you. I tell myelf to just do 15 minutes. If I still want to quit, then I do. But usually, once I get started going my workouts, I usually continue until I've finished.
