" Thank you Sara. I have recently started my journey, found my T-3 tyroid

level was a bit low as well. What with the tests and supplements to feel better.

one wonders if their will be any money left!!! So I am cautious before I go

out and buy everything. I just looked into Ribose and that is expensive as

well! "

*****I would first look into boost glutathione ( if you can ) and reduce

your pathogens and perhaps help your adrenals. When you boost your glutathione

- you will find that your thyroid will start to normailse also.

Many of us take butyric acid in the form of organic coconut oil. The

best stuff is sold by Tropical Traditions <www.tropicaltraditions.com>.

A tablespoon of this in a smoothie, in your saute pan, or simply

straight up gives a really powerful dose of the stuff.

The medium-chain fatty acids (butyric acid is one) can seriously help

raise and sustain the body's energy level. A lot of people here use

it, and like it, for this reason.

ly, I have to take it very easy with the stuff, because it makes

my thyroid really excited. Since many of us have underperforming

thyroid -- including me -- this can be a very good thing.

In my case, though, it's easy to get too much of a good thing. So I

use it mainly when I'm feeling a little out of gas. And yes, it does

help.

The tested amount of virgin coconut oil for marshalling its antimicrobial pro

perties is about 3.5 tablespoons daily.

I've been eating it for several years now with some real benefit.

Janet and Barb

I really like FOOD.... so I take my coconut oil and mix in some cocoa

powder, some dried coconut, some chopped raw nuts, some fresh ground flaxseeds,

sometimes some dried fruits like apricots or papaya.... a drop of mint oil

and/or vanilla.

If this is not sweet enough, add some stevia or honey. I also like to add

some cocoa butter when I can get my hands on it as it helps firm up the

coconut oil

I put it in a place cool enough so it will solidify. Ambrosial to my palate.

My food is my medicine, as much as possible.

Barb,

Iam going to try it. The melt on toast idea sounds like the best for me.

Thank you for your help.

I replaced lauricidin (whic I took for about 3 years) with virgin

coconut oil (from tropical traditions). I melt it on toast and take

it about 3X per week - and have for about 2 years. It's part of my

easting routine now. It's a keeper.
