Most of you who emailed me, talked about bolus treatments or dosing at

2000-4000 IU's. Just passing along. This is much higher than most nutrition

texts, even fairly progressive ones from 1990's which only used 400-800

IU's. I use 3000/4000 alternating, but size matters and other conditions.
