Guest guest
, Cheney pink lined me on Tylenol. That means, it is very important. He wants me to take 350mg X 3/wk. He said this would influence glutathione gene expression. I am not doing it, because I don't feel as well doing it. I keep thinking I should make a greater effort, but just haven't gotten around to it. Anyway, just FYI Zippy btw, THIS IS HOW YOU SEPERATE A MESSAGE JASON !!! ============================================================ -- In , jseaton357@a... wrote: > Rich, does advil reduce glutathione? Guest guest
, Ibuprofen is not detoxed from the body by conjugation with glutathione, so it doesn't deplete glutathione in the way that acetaminophen can. Ibuprofen is detoxed using a couple of the cytochrome P450 enzymes in Phase 1, and glucuronidation in Phase 2 of detox. This is not to say that ibuprofen can't produce other problems.
