When I talked with Randy McBeath in San Mateo, CA he said that is was actually less money to buy it in Panama as that is a free trade zone for the US. Also the representative there is outstanding and oversees your delivery and even calls to see if you are doing ok. So the company doesn't just leave you in limbo. Zadaxin is also sold in Mexico. I was put in touch with a woman who lives in Mexico City and she has the distribution rights to all of Mexico. She offered to sell it to me for what she sold it to the pharmacy's. A months's supply was around $800. At that time I could not afford it. I moved back to my mobile home and I am trying to save money so I can move to Mexico City and try this product.
