Hey - I never used the patches for spasms but I use them every

month for menstrual cramps and they kick a**!! They ARE all that - and

a bag of chips!!

For anyone who gets relief from a heating pad, try these - they are

very thin, you adhere them to your clothes and they stay hot for 8

hours.

I prefer the Thermacare brand myself but that's just personal

preference. I think most pharmacies make their own brands as well.
