A special note for my Achalasian family

Hi All,

Some of you are new and will not remember me, but some of you have

been here as long as I have. I joined this group in 1999. Wow

almost 8 years. My story is posted in the files on this site. This

group supported me through many struggles including one big bad

reconstruction surgery in 2000.

I still read the list and reply to people off list, but, no offense

to those of you who are new, I have had enough discussions about

white foam so I do not post very often.

For me it helps me to not focus so much on " A " . Also, I have had some

complications that most of you will not encounter due to advances in

surgery and treatment since I was diagnosised in 1977. I don't want

to be a discourement to anyone.

So, while I was in the shower this morning it dawned on me I have not

told you my news.

I GOT MARRIED!! November 2nd. After 45 years of singleness, I have

been captured. LOL

In January, we will be continue with a full time ministry that God

has given us. You can read about that on the website too.

I just wanted to give you that little bit of news.

BTW, this last year I became a patient of H. Worth Boyce in Tampa.

He is supposed to be " the expert " having trained most docs in the

U.S. included some of those at the Cleveland Clinic. He is fantastic,

but must be over 75 so if you want his expertise you better ask

soon " grin " . Check it out here
