Guest guest
Why do people resist use of sunscreens even when they know that sun can cause skin cancer? Is it death wish?
Guest guest
Most sunscreens contain enough chemicals to either give you cancer or kill you sooner than cancer will. If your body was working at optimum efficiency it would stop cancer cells before they could multiply. Your body is engineered to heal itself. If we could stop bombarding our bodies with foreign substances, including but not limited to; prescription drugs, chemo, radiation, vaccinations, pesticides, anything ending in icides we would be one step closer to putting an end to cancer. There is no cure for cancer other than giving your body the nutrients and tools it needs to destroy/control mutant cells. Each generation of humans is weaker than the previous generation due to our bodies being attacked by chemicals and unnatural substances in our environment. Start now, remove the chemicals from your life, stop vaccinations and start eating food that you can recognize in nature. Look at the food in your house. Real food does not have an ingredient list, it is whatever it is.... apple, chicken, spinach, etc. I do not have food in cans or boxes in my house, I do not freeze my food or eat food that has been frozen (kills all the digestive enzymes). At 55 yrs. of age I am probably healthier than I have ever been since birth and that isn't to say I'm in good health. But I am trying to become healthier each day. Stop waiting for a miracle cure, there isn't one. If there was one the medical industry wouldn't let you know about it, industries are not built on lack of customers. Take responsibility for yourselves and use the tools God has given us to live and thrive. Feed your mind, your body and your soul everyday. Most cancer cures available today are death wishes. bhujiawala <bhujiawala@...> wrote: Why do people resist use of sunscreens even when they know that sun can cause skin cancer? Guest guest
Aubrey Organics also makes a natural one with Green Tea. Guest guest
Unfortunately " organic " doesn't necessarily mean " safe. " This is the list of ingredients for Aubrey Organic's sunscreen. The active ingredients are potentially carcinogenic! Active Ingredients INCI: Padimate O (PABA Ester), Titanium Dioxide. Inactive Ingredients INCI: Aqua, cetyl alcohol (coconut fatty alcohol), Simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) oil*, Simmondsia chinensis (jojoba butter), alcohol denat., Helianthus annuus (sunflower) oil*, Camellia japonica (camellia) oil, lecithin, glycerin, Epilobium angustifolium (willowherb) extract, Butyrospermum parkii (shea butter)*, aloe barbadensis (aloe) leaf juice*, Camellia sinensis (green tea) leaf*, glyceryl linoleate and glyceryl linolenate (vitamin F), silica, Citrus grandis (grapefruit) seed extract, tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), Hamamelis virginiana (witch hazel) extract, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), Glycine soja (soybean) oil, Daucus carota sativa (carrot) root extract, beta-carotene, Jasminum officinale (jasmine) oil, Tanacetum annuum (Morrocan blue camomile) oil*. *Certified organic The following chemicals are ALL potentially toxic or carcinogenic ingredients in sunscreens; PABA, Oxybenzone, Titanium dioxide, Padimate-O or Octyl dimethyl PABA. Best to do as others mentioned, use common sense when in the sun as far as covering up, and skip the toxic chemicals! Guest guest
If you looked at the site, you would see that they didn't get a good rating. Sheesh, I was just trying to share something with those parents who do use sunscreen. I use it on my kids, we spend quite a bit of time outside and my son thinks that he is too cool to wear clothes at the beach or pool. We are all fair skinned and burn easily. ---- Kay <dr-ky@...> wrote: > Unfortunately " organic " doesn't necessarily mean " safe. " This is the list > of ingredients for Aubrey Organic's sunscreen. Guest guest
Contrary to popular opinion and sunscreen industry propaganda/hype, UV rays are necessary for the health of the body human. UV rays cause the body to produce vit D. There was, at one time, an alarmingly high rate of skin cancer among nuclear sub personnel. The cause: they were out of the sun for as much as 4 to 6 months at a time. It only changed when they invented and started using full spectrum lighting in the subs. Full spectrum light mimics the suns rays well enough to prevent skin cancer. So, sunscreen blocks uv rays and prevents you from producing vit D. The eventual result can be cancer of various types. Guest guest
This is probably fine, as long as the zinc oxide is coated, although I am concerned about putting lavender on kids because of its possible estrogen effects.
