NO, you are NOT doing it right!

You need twice as much cottage cheese as flaxseed oil. Do NOT let it sit.

Prepare it fresh, from scratch for each meal, eat it within about 20 minutes of

preparation.

Don't forget to add the ground flaxseed. It MUST be mixed so

thoroughly that the oil cannot be seen on the side of the container.

Add some

milk or water to thin the mix to make thorough mixing easier.
