You need to talk with the seller if you're that concerned. If you don't accept

that

ACS is the highest possible purity, then you're not going to accept anything

else I

say. btw there is no " synthetic " iodine. And, no retailer is under obligation

to tell

you their source-- that's what retailers do, is develop sources.

Like I said, nothing else I say is going to satisfy you, so you'll need to do

your own

legwork.
