Guest guest
#1-Have any of you been told that they got the extension that connects the leads with the device too SHORT? If so-what did they do about it? Or perhaps they told you it went too deep into the soft tissue. Whatever the problem-if you have had problems with the catheter connecting the device to the leads, will you please write me about your experience? #2-Have you been told that your device is implanted too deeply? OR, have you had a hard time getting a good signal to recharge your device (mine is the latest Medtronics Restore)? Please write and tell me about any problems associated with the device or the pocket for the device, and what was done to help. Thanks so much for your help. I go to the surgeon on Thursday, and we will be discussing these issues. I am almost 3 weeks post-op. Kathy W. in KY
Guest guest
Just want to say Good luck with everything Kathy. I hope things go better for you soon. I know for me with the scs it was very difficult from the beginning. I had a lot of issue also. Still have some but they did get better over time and with adjustment. My electrodes do funny things too. They stimulate places that shouldn't be stimulated by that particular electrode. I have spent 2 hours at a time with my rep and she still has not gotten things worked out just right. I've been with them 3 or 4 times now. I do believe that eventually it will work out. TAke care and I'm saying my prayers for you, Ruth > > #1-Have any of you been told that they got the extension that connects the > leads with the device too SHORT? If so-what did they do about it?
