The National Conference of State Legislatures website has available brief

summaries of all 2005 state legislation related to people with disabilities.

Summaries include both proposed and enacted legislation in the following areas:

assistive technology, education, employment, Medicaid buy-in, and

Olmstead/Independent Living.
