I see he studied with Dr. Errico (forgive spelling) in 2004 which was

after I last saw him. Like I said in a previous post - he had ordered

CT and MRI which I never had because there was no way that I could

take 3 months off of work and he was basically like - wait as long as

you can for surgery - but, now I am in so much pain. I had a fall a

couple of months ago before my pain began - I had completely forgot

about this when I saw my family dr about the pain. But, I was trying

to make my way to my alarm clock to set it (in the dark and tripped

over clothes - yeah need to clean the room - lol!) - but I fell hard

on my left side and left arm included - this is the side that all the

pain is radiating from in my spine...

ANyway's, any info or opinions are greatly appreciated!
