I would like to know that it has a chance of working. I am feeling rather skeptical. Thanks again!
Guest guest
What are others using for their nasal wash? What are the formulas that are being used? I am using a one gal water container of highly filtered water with a salt-baking soda mixture (2 to 1 at 2 tablespoons per gal) 8 oz. in each nostril. Nasal washes have helped me tremendously. I am curious as to what other types are being used. Someone told me about Alkalol a few years ago before I found out that I had Sampter's. I tried it and Wow I thought it was doing some going but shortly after my sinus' were getting worse. I don't know if it was the Alkalol or just a coincidence. Guest guest
I use 4 tablespoons of Kosher salt and 4 teaspoons of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) per gallon of water. I add 8 ml of Povidone Iodine 10% solution for sterility. I have never cultured the final mixture but the Iodine treatment is much in excess of that required for purifying drinking water. This should also cover any small amount of contamination in the salt and soda. Nasal Wash What are others using for their nasal wash? What are the formulas that are being used? Guest guest
This is the one that I recommend. It is cheap, fast, cleaner than most, and travels well. http://www.evitaminstore.com/Nasal-Irrigator-55219.html Scrip also carries them.
