Guest guest
OH has recently decided he can no longer take the statins he was prescribed as a precautionary measure two years ago because of the side effects. His total cholesterol is currently something like 3.1. His TSH is 2.58, he only has half his eyebrows and as soon as he sits down he falls asleep! His temp is always below 37C. He's told the doc he will look at other means of controlling his cholesterol and go back for a re-test in three months. I propose to add the usual B12, folate. D3, ferritin etc to the form when the time comes and see what comes back. I've now got him on soya lecithin as recommended by the manager at H & B and 90 mcg CoQ10 per day. Is there anything else we should be doing? He has had a couple of minor strokes and is still taking aspirin and BP meds. Thanks D
