Guest guest
Heya Bruce:) I'm curious as a cat about whey, but still haven't managed to work my way through the topic on my reading list. Sigh. I'm still stuck somewhere in the adrenal/thyroid/leptin/diabetes stuff. And there's a lot of it. Isn't all commercially sold milk pasteurized? How do they get it unpasteurized? And does predigested matter? Maybe we could continue this in the OT group for an in depth discussion?? (From kefir??? or other products) What would possibly be the benefit to killing (if that's whats meant) the beneficial bacteria in whey? > Thanks for any insight. > Joyce M.
