Am betting that I'm a secretor, as they are in the majority. You might be surprised. I started the diet back when that status wasn't as emphasized yet. I found that spelt (OK for secreters) made me sick. Soy too. In fact, most grains really didn't agree with me and I couldn't lose weight. I sent off for the kit and found out I'm a non-secreter. I felt a lot better after I modified my eating habits. Max

Guest guest
Hey there! I was curious if anyone has done the secretor test and if they've changed their eating habits because of it? I just did it on Friday and sent it out. I was a vegetarian for 15 years before this diet. My boss and his wife got me into it just by talking about it. She's an O (non-secretor)and he's an A (secretor). He used to be a meat and potatoes man only and has made a total turn around. Anyway, I feel great, have tons of energy I've never had before. Stomach issues resolved unless I tap into what I call my " too good to avoid list " but felt like I was ready to go to the next level like they were. Thanks a lot, Tiph
Guest guest
If you haven't had the secretor test, one thing you can do is eat only things that are on both lists. That actually isn't that hard to do.
