Israelyan2 1Science, Centre of Hamatology, Yerevan State University, 2Centre of Hematology, 3Centre of Hematology, Yerevan State University, Yerevan, Armenia The work's purpose was studying the development of destructive processes in patients with various stages of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) by researching activity of raft-dependent ecto-5´-nucleotidase, intensity of lipids peroxidation (LPO) and phospholipid/phospholipid (PL-PL) ratios. Researches were done in erythrocyte membranes of 34 patients with CLL in Hematology Center of Armenia. Activity of ecto-5´-nucleotidase defined by Muszbek method (1977), intensity of LPO - by the output of malonic dialdehyde (Lankin,1975). PL fractionation was carried out by thin layer chromatography method in Ghazaryan modification (1986). Results have shown that in patients with A and B stages of disease, despite lacking an anemia, statistically authentic decrease a intensity of LPO (?< 0,01) in erythrocytes accompanied with essential changes of PL-PL ratio. Reorganizations of lipid bilayer lead to decrease of ecto-5´-nucleotidase activity (?< 0,001). In parallel deepening of pathological process (stage C, with expressed anemia) is observed the further decrease of PL-PL ratios and an intensification the LPO (3,3 fold), leading in deep realignment of lipid rafts, thereby causing a sharp suppression of raft-depended ecto-5´-nucleotidase`s activity (2,7 fold). The analysis of the received data allows to revealing correlation communication between weight of disease and activity membrane associated processes in CLL. At our means, investigated indicators can serve not only additional criteria of the forecast, but also be help at a choice of tactics of treatment.
