Give him our love Janet, and you take care of yourself too!

Hi, I am Janet, 's wife. had a stroke today. He is in ICU. Over the next 72 hours the docs are watching for brain swelling. His stroke was in the cerebellar portion of his brain, and we don't want any swelling because that is near a portion of the brain that if swelling occurs could be very very serious.

I need to shower and get back to the hospital, he wanted me though to let all know. I will stay in touch.

Thanks very much

Janet

Janet,

If you'll give us the hospital or home address, I'm sure we'll get him a bunch of cards on the way.

More love and prayers,

Thanks . Lots of folks have called and e-mailed today and I will tell him when I get back. He is out in la la land right now just due to medication for a procedure. I am catching a few winks. He asks always about all of you and he will be very heartened at everyon's support.

He had a good day. Neurologically improving. Tomorrow is the big day to make it past.

I will stay in touch.

Thanks all

Very sorry to hear of 's hospitalization. My prayers and thoughts are

with him for a quick recovery, and back to the research list again.

I know everyone feels the same way. Hang in there, !!

I'm sorry is in the hospital and wish him quick and complete recovery.

and I had our differences in the past and will probably have them in the

future, but when it comes to matters of personal health, we're all in the same

boat.

The reason this mailing list and number of similar ones came into existence is

to provide mutual support and health information about a disease that threatens

our lives and our well being. Everything else is secondary.

I hope will soon be back with us and resume his valuable work of posting

CLL related research articles.
